The Sun Shines on The Ground

The Sun Shines on the Ground? Why is this the blog's name? What is the meaning behind this? Was it because 'here comes the sun' or 'the sun will rise' was taken? Partially.... But it's also because I've been through an experience recently when I was feeling angry, depressed and hurt and didn't realise it at first. I tried to look at the positive parts of the situation I was in, telling myself that through all the bullshit (excuse my vulgarity) I just had to remember that the sun always comes up at the end of the day. OR that the situation could be worse. BUT the MORE I tried being positive, the MORE I was suppressing my true emotions... UNTIL.. I had a series of mental breakdowns. Sighhhhh..

So when life gets too much, go to the beach and scream, play video games when you need to kill something without actually killing something, break something, preferably not expensive or anything that's illegal, rip old clothes, draw, paint a picture, play the drums, EXPRESS YOURSELF. This is only in order to HEAL YOURSELF. Healing takes time. Only now I finally feel able to start being myself again to create something new and be inspired. It's OKAY to feel this way. It's OKAY to not be positive and not force yourself to be when you're not ready and not in the mood. It's difficult to realise what kind of emotions you are feeling because it's easy to mix up and mistake your emotions for other emotions. Different emotions need to be dealt with in different ways. It's OKAY for the sun to shine on the ground for a while, this is necessary for the sun to shine in the sky again.
Thus, The Sun Shines on the Ground....
